Shipping policy

At Marenne Vale, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible.

Order Cutoff

Our order cutoff is 5:00 PM Pacific Time (America/Los_Angeles; PST or PDT as applicable), Monday–Friday. Orders placed after this time or on weekends or public holidays are counted from the next business day for processing estimates.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

During periods of high demand, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed, delivery usually takes 4–9 business days (Monday–Friday).

Estimated Total Delivery Time

5–12 business days (Monday–Friday) (this includes both processing and delivery time).

Shipping Costs

Standard US shipping is $4.95 for orders below $100. Shipping is complimentary on orders of $100 or more. Thresholds are calculated after discounts and before taxes, in USD.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update after dispatch.
